STAFF at Bluebird Care, Hillingdon, will be supporting Macmillan Cancer Support’s annual World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday, September 29.
Macmillan’s first ever coffee morning took place in 1990 and, since then, the event has raised £165.5 million for its work. One in every three people will face cancer and the money raised for Macmillan ensures no-one faces it alone.
Alvin Osei-Tutu, Director of Bluebird Care Hillingdon, said: “We like to support this campaign each year, raising awareness of Macmillan and the incredible work they do. We will be providing delicious cake and plenty of coffee so please come along and meet our friendly team - and help us to raise funds for Macmillan.”
It will take place from 10am-1pm at Bluebird Care Hillingdon, Unit 4, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX (01895 231211).
