Fifth Dimension Chocolates will unveil three brand new luxury handmade filled chocolates at The Chocolate Show, taking place from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th October at London Olympia.

Renowned for creating amazing sensory experiences with their fine chocolates - inspired by their culinary adventures around the globe - the multi-award-winning Hillingdon-based chocolatier’s latest creations range from the dazzling Warsaw-themed “Blackcurrant & Pernod” with deep fruity sweetness, to the exquisite “Chai” with lingering aromatic warmth reflecting memories of Kolkata.

Co-founders Russell Pullan and Albert Chau have earned a strong reputation for innovation thanks to their talent for pairing interesting diverse flavours and textures together - their unique new Montreal-influenced “Brie” infused in white chocolate ganache promises a smooth creamy surprise.

Those visiting Fifth Dimension Chocolates’ stand at the Chocolate Week celebration event will be able to enjoy a first taste of the three new additions to their lineup, as well as their updated Bogotá “Coffee Panela Caramel” made with Colombian non-refined raw cane juice sugar, which won a Bronze prize at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2017.

The Chocolate Show coincides with the International Chocolate Awards (ICA) World Final, where the duo’s vibrant Rio de Janeiro “Banana Cardamom Caramel” and Cape Town “Curry & Raisins” are in the running, having both been awarded a prestigious Gold at the ICA’s British National Competition earlier this year.

Show guests will be able to choose from the self-taught Hillingdon-based producer’s full collection of 22 luxury handmade filled chocolates, purchasing these individually with a special discount of six chocolates for the price of five, or designing their own “Personal Selection Box”  of 12 or 18 chocolates.

Attendees can also take home Fifth Dimension Chocolates’ popular “Journey Box”, which is the perfect present for chocolate lovers and begins with classics including Popayán “House Dark” that won 1-star at Great Taste Awards 2017, then moves onto their award-winning caramels such as New York “Apple & Calvados Caramel”, finishing with more contemporary delights like Sydney “Mint & Miso”.

Fifth Dimension Chocolates will also be offering their recently-introduced versatile caramel sauces for the exclusive show price of £5.00 per jar, or £4.50 each for three jars or more; ideal as truly original Christmas hamper gifts or foodie stocking fillers.

Already prize winners after being picked out at 2017’s coveted Great Taste Awards, their 2-star “Soy Caramel Sauce” was described by the judges as a “refreshing twist” on salted caramel and is equally delicious as a topping for desserts or as a glaze for grilled chicken and fish.

Committed to using premium, fine-flavour single-origin cacao, Fifth Dimension Chocolates array of seven “Tablette” white, milk and dark chocolate bars will be available at their stand too, showcasing cocoa beans from various different regions of Colombia and Bolivia that each provide distinctive tasting notes.
