A 10-YEAR-OLD Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Meg is looking to find her perfect someone in time for this weekend’s royal wedding.

Megan, who is being looked after at Dogs Trust West London’s rehoming centre in Harefield, has been affectionately nicknamed ‘Princess Meg’.

Staff hope she, too, will soon begin an exciting new chapter of her life.

Princess Meg came into the centre at the start of April and is currently in foster care as she found kennel life a little difficult to cope with.

Richard Moore, rehoming centre manager, said: "We have our fingers crossed that our Meg will also find love and her happy ever after, just like the real Meghan has.

"She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who loves human company and loves walks and exploring.

"Her ideal palace would be with owners who are around to shower her with attention most of the day, and she is happy to be around new people and other dogs."

Meg is able to live with children over the age of 10 and could potentially live with another dog.
