ENGLISH National Ballet present My First Cinderella at Woking’s New Victoria Theatre next week.
This beautifully adapted version for young audiences on Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14 has been specially created to suit the whole family.
Cinderella is tormented by her spiteful stepsisters and longs to attend the Prince’s glamorous ball. Abandoned to an evening of drudgery, Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother appears and transforms her into a glittering princess.
The My First series brings young audiences their first taste of ballet through the magic of fairytales, captivating music and beautiful dance.
Children are welcome to dress up as a ballerina, the Fairy Godmother or a prince and audiences are encouraged to clap and cheer, boo the stepsisters, laugh and even try some ballet moves for themselves.
For everyone aged three and above, and with a shorter running time perfect for tiny tots, this is a wonderful chance to introduce your ballerinas and princes to the wonderful world of ballet and theatre.
Tickets are available from the box office on 0844 871 7645 or online at atgtickets.com/woking.
