COASTGUARDS were called to help an overdue yacht with a flat battery.
Portland Coastguard received a report yesterday evening that the yacht Allegra was overdue on its passage to Portland with two people onboard.
The vessel had left Dartmouth and was under sail but with a flat battery.
It arrived safely at Portland Marina and was met by coastguard crews.
