THE Government will spend "several months" looking at responses to its consultation on the of Heathrow Airport.

The period of consultation on proposals for a third runway and sixth terminal at Heathrow ended this week.

David Stewart, spokesman for the Department for Transport, said: "All the responses will be analysed and collated and ministers will make a decision.

"It is something that could take several months, but we are not sure how long, because of the many thousands of responses we have had back."

Did you send your consultation response back to the DfT? What did you say?

Unthinkable, immoral and unsustainable. NO today, NO tomorrow, NO for all time. We are NOT alone, we WILL win and it is NOT a done deal.

Our "Green" Prime Minister bags the Daily Mail front page headline today with his stand on...plastic carriers! This man is so out of touch that he can't see the writing on the wall even when it's in big letters on banners hanging off the roof of the Houses of Parliament!!! Keep saying No until he gets the message.
