Watford have been charged by the Football Association over failing to control their players in Saturday's 3-1 defeat at West Brom.
Both sides have been cited by the FA over their part in a late brawl sparked by a challenge from James McClean, which eventually saw Roberto Pereyra sent off, and the Irishman booked.
Following the initial incident, the minor brawl involving players from both sides delayed play for several minutes.
Hornets boss Walter Mazzarri called referee Graham Scott's performance "terrible" in the wake of the game, and said Pereyra should not have been dismissed.
Watford and West Brom have until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charge.
