Watford will be without Tom Cleverley for tomorrow's trip to Everton, with the midfielder unable to play against his parent club.
The midfielder, who has already agreed a summer move to Watford, is still technically on loan from the Toffees until the end of the campaign, and so will not make a 15th-straight start for his new side.
Walter Mazzarri is hoping to make the most of the 27-year-old’s omission to keep him fit to face Chelsea on Monday night, at the end of a testing weekend where Watford will play two away games in three days, at either end of the country.
Jose Holebas and Ben Watson are both due to travel to Liverpool with the squad, which flew to the North West from Luton airport this evening.
But neither Craig Cathcart nor Miguel Britos, both absent for a number of weeks, will be fit to play any part tomorrow.
Mazzarri said: "We will see later whether Holebas and Watson will be on the bench or play - we will decide everything tomorrow."
