New Watford signing Will Hughes starts for England as they bid to reach the European Under-21 Championship final against Germany this evening.
The former Derby County midfielder replaced the injured Nathaniel Chalobah in the 3-0 victory over host nation Portugal in the last group game, but is one of two changes from that win made by former Hornets boss Aidy Boothroyd.
Striker Tammy Abraham also comes into the starting XI as Nathan Redmond and John Swift make way, while ex-Vicarage Road loanee Chalobah is fit to start alongside Hughes in the centre of the park.
The semi-final kicks off at 5pm BST.
England Under-21s: Jordan Pickford; Mason Holgate, Calum Chambers, Alfie Mawson, Ben Chilwell; James Ward-Prowse, Will Hughes, Nathaniel Chalobah, Demari Gray; Lewis Baker, Tammy Abraham.
