We'll find out whether the new manager bounce exists for David Moyes at West Ham United later this month when he makes his Hammers bow at Watford.
The Scotsman was rapidly named as the replacement for sacked Slaven Bilic this morning only a day after the latter's departure from the London Stadium.
His first test will come after the international break when West Ham visit Watford on November 19, at 4pm, live on Sky Sports.
Moyes has some reason to be optimistic about his chances against the Golden Boys - his 1-0 victory with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light last December remains the Black Cats' last win on home soil, although they were beaten by the same score at Vicarage Road in April.
He has been installed on a two-and-a-half year contract at the London Stadium, albeit with a break clause at the end of this season.
