Northwood crashed out of the FA Trophy after a 4-1 home defeat to Brackley Town on Saturday.
The hosts took the lead two minutes before half-time when Michael Gordon's strike went in via the upright.
But former Watford player David Perpetuini's deflected shot brought the sides level.
Dean Cracknell's 67th minute penalty fired the visitors in front and a late brace from Ben Mackey sealed the cup win.
