Northwood put their FA Trophy defeat behind them as they defeated Tilbury 3-1 in Ryman One North on Saturday.
The hosts enjoyed a superb start to the game as they led 2-0 inside the first ten minutes. Sean Sonner opened the scoring before Otis Williams doubled the scoreline from close range.
Wood sealed the win after the restart when skipper Danny Murphy headed in a cross. Chris Stowe grabbed a late consolation for the visitors in injury time.
