Six-goal thriller for United

Hayes and Yeading United enjoyed a 3-3 draw at home to Braintree Town in the Blue Square South this afternoon.

Staforde Palmer fired the hosts into the lead after converting an early penalty. But a penalty brought the visitors level.

Kieran Knight restored United's lead but a second penalty for Braintree made it 2-2.

Another Knight goal in the 55th minute restored the home side's advantage but a goal in the 90th minute denied United the win.
