Uxbridge manager Tony Choules says he will stay at the club next season as they aim for a shot at the title.
The Reds suffered the agony of missing out on promotion this year after defeat in the BGB South and West play-off final to Oxford City last week.
But despite being linked with jobs at Basingstoke and Sutton, Choules has vowed to finish the work he has started at Uxbridge.
Choules said: "I love the place and I have a job to do here. The board and staff are fully behind me.
"The bar has been raised and the natural progression has to be to win the league. I'm not interested in cup competitions, I just want us to win the title. I want to be judged on how successful we are in the league."
A 19-year-old man has been charged with the murder of teenager Ryan Bravo who was killed in a convenience store shooting, Scotland Yard said.
THE message is being sent out by Hillingdon Council to keep safe on the roads this summer.
England justified their decision to begin the Kevin Pietersen era with a five-man attack after they worked their way through South Africa's batting order to set up a possible victory in the final Test.
