QPR have swooped for Italian striker Samuel Di Carmine on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old Fiorentina talent comes just days after the R's snapped up Genoa playmaker Emmanuel Jorge Ledesma. Di Carmine made his Serie A debut in October 2006 and netted his first goal for the Florence club in November against IF Elsborg in the UEFA Cup.
QPR first team coach Iain Dowie said: "Samuel is a young striker with potential. I went out to see him play in Italy and I thought he did very well. He leads the line well and uses his body very well for someone so young."
