Saracens pair Owen Farrell and Mako Vunipola will both start for the Lions' opening match against The Barbarians on Saturday.
Warren Gatland has selected Farrell ahead of Jonathan Sexton at fly-half while Vunipola has been handed an opportunity to impress at prop.
Fellow Men in Black teammate Matt Stevens meanwhile is named among the replacements.
