BAKER Veronica (nee Aikens) It is with great sadness that we announce that Veronica passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday 4th December 2020 after a short illness. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband, family and friends. The funeral service will take place at The Chilterns Crematorium in the Hampden Chapel on Monday 21st December 2020 at 12.30pm. Flowers welcome, or donations if preferred to Rennie Grove Hospice Care, c/o Arnold Funeral Service Ltd, 891, London Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe HP10 9TB. I’m so very sorry to hear of Veronica’s passing. I’ve lived down here in Falmouth, Cornwall for almost 30 years but in the 80’s I served with Veronica on the PTA committee of Tyler’s Green Middle School. I still have very happy memories of the years we spent fundraising for various school projects as well the annual school fetes. Veronica was a wonderful lady in those days, very hard working with a lovely sense of humour. Sincere condolences to David and her family. I’m very sad tonight to hear the news.
