CARTER Jeff Passed away peacefully on the 28th August 2018 at the age of ninety. Husband to Roula, father to Sean and Madalena and grandfather to Elysia, Mia, Zoe and Jake, he lived in High Wycombe most of his life as Bookie, Boxer and Rugby coach at Marlow Rugby Club. We will miss his irrepressible spirit, enthusiasm and mischievous sense of humour. Messages of condolence can be sent to seanjcarter@shaw.ca
