SMITH Joan Passed away peacefully on 10th February 2020 aged 78 years, She will be sadly missed by Fred, Graham, Georgina and all her family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at Chilterns Crematorium in the Milton Chapel on Wednesday 26th February 2020 at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please.
