ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 The London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames (Waiting And Loading Restriction) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.**) Order 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above order under sections 6, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order Is to Introduce lengths of double yellow lines In Brewery Lane, Twickenham at the junction with London Road.

3. Copies of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 20/010 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http:// www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre,

Amendments to Waiting Restrictions
Street
Brewery Lane and London Road, Twickenham:
Proposal
To introduce lengths of double , yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in Brewery Lane, Twickenham, at its junction with London Road, Twickenham and to extend the double yellow line in London Road at the north­western kerb-line of Brewery Lane north-westwards by approximately 7.5 metres.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 The London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames (Waiting And Loading Restriction)

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. 180) Order 2020 ST MARY'S AVENUE, TEDDINGTON (Reference 19/173)
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 22 January 2020 made the above order under sections 6, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order is to introduce lengths of double yellow lines in St Mary's Avenue as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

It is also proposed to introduce footway parking on lengths of the western side of St Mary's Avenue.
3. Copies of the Order, which comes into force on 24 January 2020, a plan showing the location and effect of the Order and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 19/173 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

4. Persons wishing to question the validity of this Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court..

The London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames (Prescribed Route) (Bus Lanes) (Amendment No. 10) Order 2020 The London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames (Prohibition Of Stopping On Cab Ranks) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2020 LONDON ROAD, TWICKENHAM (Reference 19/045)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 22 January 2020 made the above Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment Order is to upgrade lengths of single yellow line running through the bus lane on the north-eastern side of London Road to double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") and to introduce loading restrictions operating between 7am and 7pm on all days of the week on London Road, from a point 41.4 metres north of Arragon Road to its junction with Cole Park Road.

3. The general effect of the Bus Lane Order is to reduce the length of the bus lane at its north-western end, near the junction of Cole Park Road, so that it starts at a point opposite the junction of Brewery Lane.

4. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping on Cab Ranks Order is to introduce two cab ranks in London Road, Twickenham operating between 7pm and 7am inclusive on all days of the week, on its north­eastern side, from a point outside No. 2 Cole Park Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 11 metres and from a point 94 metres north-west of the junction of Arragon Road, extending north-westwards for 27 metres

5. Copies of the Orders, which come into operation on 27 January 2020, plans showing the location and effect of the Orders and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 19/045 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http:// www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

6. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 22 January 2020 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Hampton Wick Parking Places Order will be to re-designate a number of parking places in Normansfield Avenue as shared-use permit holder / pay and display parking places and shared-use permit holder / pay and display parking places,

3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment Order will be to introduce new waiting restrictions operating "at any time" on lengths of Normansfield Avenue.
