The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath 29 Parish of Chalfont St. Giles) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath 29 Parish of Chalfont St. Giles) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length ofPublic Footpath 29 in the parish ofChalfont St. Giles. The closure is required in the interests of public safety for the closure of abridgewhich is unsafe for public use. There is no suitable alternative route. The Order will come into operation on 28 January 2020, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Pinions Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Pinions Road from A40 London Road for adistanceofapproximately 15 metres. Alternative route: London Road, Pinions Road. The closure is required whilst gas mains reinforcement works take place commencing on 3February 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 31 January 2020

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Chadwick Street, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2020, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from waiting in Chadwick Street, which commences at apoint between numbers 91 to number 10. The restriction is required to ensure the safety of Cadent Gas works take place commencing on 3February2020 for 5days. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3February2020 as signed, with amaximum duration of 18 months.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Bank Street, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bank Street from junction of Cock Lane for approximately 25 metres. Alternative route: Cock Lane, London Road, Gomm Road. The closure is required whilst reinstatement of the carriageway works take place commencing on 15 February 2020 between 09:30 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Flowers Bottom Lane, Chapel Hill, Speen Road, Valley Road, Coombe Lane, Main Road, New Road. The closure is required whilst Openreach ducting works take place commencing on 10 February 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

connection works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Openreach cable pulling, working in collaboration with Thames water works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Chesham Road, Frith Hill, Missenden Bypass, London Road. The closure is required whilst Openreach works for engineer safety ofoverhead cables works take place commencing on 17 February 2020 between 09:30 and 15:30. Road will closed only between 09:30-15:30 each day. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
