ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) (SPECIAL EVENT) (CROWN ROAD, TWICKENHAM) ORDER 2018 (Reference 18/138)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 21 June 2018 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the holding of a Summer Fair in Crown Road, Twickenham. The restrictions will be in force on Sunday 24 June 2018 between 5am and 8pm.

3. Whilst the event takes place, no person shall permit a vehicle to proceed in Crown Road, Twickenham between its junction with St Margarets Road and its junction with Hartington Road.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure shall be available via Baronsfield Road, St Margarets Road and Crown Road in both directions, and via adjacent streets where practicable.

5. Copies of the Order: -

(a) can be inspected until 31 December 2018, quoting Reference 18/138, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www. richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Bloxham Crescent, Hampton
(Ref: 18/136)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Bloxham Crescent, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Bloxham Crescent, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 64 and 66 Bloxham Crescent northwards for a distance of 20 metres (outside the rear of No 95 Priory Road).

3. The order will come into effect on 2 July 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times, from 2 July 2018 until 5 July 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Priory Road, Linden Road and Bloxham Crescent and vice versa.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Orchard Road, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Orchard Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Orchard Road, on its eastern side, from the southern kerb-line of Garden Road to the southern boundary of Dairy Court.

3. The order will come into effect on 7 July 2018. The restrictions will be in force from 09.00 on 7 July 2018 until 17.30 on 8 July 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Kew Green, Kew
(Reference 18/135)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of equipment to Kew Gardens and maintain access to Ferry Lane for large vehicles, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Green, Kew.

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the 2 parking places sited on Kew Green on the south-east side immediately to the east of Ferry Lane and the 2 parking places sited on Kew Green on the south-east side immediately to the west of Ferry Lane. These restrictions shall operate at all times throughout the week from 1 July 2018 until 20 July 2018 inclusive;

(b) the hours of operation of the permit holder bays on Kew Green on its northern arm, the north-west side between a point outside No 63 Kew Green and a point outside No 83 Kew Green shall be extended so that they operate between 10am and 9pm from 10 July 2018 until 15 July 2018 inclusive.

3. The order will come into effect on 1 July 2018. The provisions of the Order will be in force on the dates and times detailed in Paragraph 2 above. The restrictions will be in force whilst signs and/or cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Queens Road, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Queens Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Queens Road, Teddington between its junctions with Broad Street and Park Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 29 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 29 June 2018 until 8 July 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Park Road, The Causeway, Broad Street and Queens Road.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Parking Suspension and Bay Conversion Heath Road and Saville Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate development works and to reallocate lost parking space, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to make changes to parking provision in Saville Road and Heath Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) the Business Parking Bay in Saville Road, on the west side, from a point 9 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Heath Road southwards for a distance of 5 metres shall

be suspended and replaced with a double yellow line ("no waiting at any time");
(b) the pay and display/shared use bays sited outside Bradley House and Michell House in Heath Road shall be converted to shared-use "Permit Holder / Pay and Display" spaces.

3. The order will come into effect on 25 June 2018. The Order will be in force at all times from 25 June 2018 until 24 June 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
