LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames on 18th September 2018 for the variation of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald's, Twickenham Road, Hanwordi,Middlesex,TWI3 6HB,for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 00:00 until 02:00 Mondays Co Sundays. Any interested party in the vicinity of the premises may make representation to this application in writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TWI 3BZ, licensing@richmond.gov.uk within 28 consecutive days of the date stated above (16th October 2018). Representations must be linked to one or more of the licensing objectives: The prevention of crime and disorder; Public Safety; The prevention of public nuisance; The protection of children from harm. A cow of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham. Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant and any interested parties and responsible authorities, and may be published in the minutes which are distributed to all parties' proceedings and available on the Councils website and in libraries in the borough. Note: The Licensing Authority will not accept anonymous representations.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
