ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 6 THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (FREE PARKING PLACES) (PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES) (AMENDMENT No. **) ORDER 201* DISABLED PERSONS PARKING BAYS VARIOUS STREETS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH (Reference 18/229)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under sections 6, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The principal objective of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order is to introduce a number of parking places for disabled persons where a high level of parking makes reasonable means of access difficult.

3. The Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order will introduce a parking bay for disabled persons' vehicles, operating "at any time" in the following streets:

Denning Close, Hampton Kilmorey Gardens, Twickenham.
4. Copies of the proposed Order, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/226 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

5. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 21 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restrivitoms Blandford Avenue, Bryanston Avenue, Fairfield Avenue and Ryecroft Avenue, Twickenham
(Ref: 18/229)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Blandford Avenue, Bryanston Avenue, Fairfield Avenue, and Ryecroft Avenue, Twickenham

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Blandford Avenue, Bryanston Avenue, Fairfield Avenue and Ryecroft Avenue, Twickenham. The works will be carried out in a phased programme and the restrictions shall apply to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs and cones.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times between 5 November 2018 and 3 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow For unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Cleveland Gardens, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas service works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Cleveland Gardens, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Cleveland Gardens between its junctions with The Terrace and Terrace Gardens.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times between 5 November 2018 and 16 November 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via The Terrace, Barnes, Barnes High Street and Terrace Gardens.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction South Worple Way, East Sheen

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in South Worple Way, East Sheen.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in South Worple Way from the western boundary of Barnes Hospital, eastwards for a distance of 73 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 7 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 7 November 2018 until 9 November 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Malvern Road. The works will be carried out on a rolling basis and the restrictions will apply to such an extent as indicated by signs and cones.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 5 November 2018 until 11 Decemberz 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
