This week a plan has been submitted to build a nine-flat apartment block after demolishing a house in King George's Avenue, Watford. Also on the cards is the conversion of a house into two flats in Wiggenhall Road, and moving a bin and bike store at Ellwood Gardens, Watford, building a studio flat in its place.
