PROMISING Picassos and mini Monets from Ruislip Gardens Primary School visited The Art Gallery in Ruislip Manor as part of an art competition recently.
Children took part in an activity where they had to find letters hidden around the gallery that would spell out an artist’s name.
Pupils then had to copy one of the pieces of artwork.
Shannon from class 5D said she really enjoyed mimicking the artist’s work and colouring peacock feathers.
The Art Gallery is open daily for the public to view or purchase art work.
Ruislip Gardens Primary School will be holding an Open Morning for prospective parents and pupils on Tuesday, October 11 from 9am-12pm.
All are welcome to see the extensive grounds and the pupil’s at work at the school.
