THE last of a group of 15 men, including two from Hayes, have been sentenced after a police operation targeting the supply of drugs in West London.
Operation Buxton took place in February and resulted in quantities of Class A and B drugs and cash being seized following a series of raids across Hounslow and Hillingdon. More than 300 officers were involved.
Those who pleaded guilty included Amir Ahmed and Friad Rasul, both 18, of Weald Way, Hayes.
Ahmed was sentenced to two years and nine months at Isleworth Crown Court on ten counts of supplying Class A and B drugs, while Rasul received two years and three months for supplying Class A and B drugs.

Other defendants came from Isleworth, Hounslow, Whitton, Romford and Derby.
Det Chief Insp Helen Flanagan said: "Taking all of these men off the streets is a fantastic result for the local community and London in general. By putting them behind bars, this will disrupt the supply of drugs into the capital.
"We will continue to disrupt and dismantle crime, safeguard our community and locate and prosecute those people who inflict misery on them.”
