Organised by the Warren Estates Residents Association, it is set to be a day of fun-filled action with two stages of live music, a children's play area including a Punch and Judy show and face painting, as well as a food market, and craft fair.
Radio presenter Nick Coffer will host the show.
It has been funded by Bushey Heath ward councillors through their ward improvement initiative scheme.
The event is completely free and gates open at 1pm.
