Open for business: Lavazza in Uxbridge
COFFEE manufacturer Lavazza is locating its UK headquarters on the fourth floor of The Charter Building in Uxbridge.
The Italian manufacturer has opened a coffee bar in the atrium, serving tenants, visitors and the public.
It runs in collaboration with The Charter Building’s Caffé Kix, which opened last year and opens on to the street.

The café has developed into a bustling meeting point with a loyal following from building occupiers and Uxbridge locals.
TraceLink, which provides a digital platform for pharmaceutical firms to track and trace products has increased its floor space in The Charter Building, as has tech startup Jazz Networks.
