FAMILIES from HALO Children’s Foundation were treated to a day out at an animal reserve by staff from intu Uxbridge shopping centre.
They went on a safari to Port Lympne Reserve in Kent and got up close to the 700 rare animals.

The trip was part of the shopping centre’s aim to give something back to the charity, which supports families suffering from the loss of a loved one.
Alia Jones, chief executive of HALO, said: “This generous gesture will be treasured for a very long time and we feel very lucky to be intu Uxbridge’s chosen charity of the year.”
