Redhall Lane will remain closed for the rest of the day and tomorrow morning due to flooding.
Affinity Water reported a burst water main in the road, near Sarratt, last night and repairs have been carried out since this morning.
The lane is shut once again between Sarratt Road and Chandlers Lane with a diversion route clearly signposted for drivers travelling in either direction.
There is a large pool of water close to the junction of Redhall Lane and Sarratt Road, which is a flood prone area.
Some people living in Croxley Green and Chandlers Cross may have experience little to no water as a result of the burst and Affinity Water has apologised to anyone who may be affected.
⛔️ #ChandlersCross #CroxleyGreen I'm sorry if you are affected by a burst main on Redhall Lane (j/w Sarratt Road). Our teams worked overnight on the repair but it has required a road closure. Sorry again for the disruption, I'll keep you updated on the repair today. Thanks, Tim pic.twitter.com/7SHXEHzIdK
