A SECOND man has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Hashim Abdalla Ali, who died after being found suffering a gunshot injury in a car in Hillingdon.
Phillip Fashakin, 36, of no fixed abode, will appear in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court today (Thursday).
Juskiran Sidhu, 27, of Hayes was charged with Hashim's murder last week. He is remanded in custody to next appear at the Old Bailey in January.

The murder inquiry was launched after police were called to West Drayton Road on Thursday, October 11, to reports of a car colliding with parked vehicles.
Hashim was found inside the car suffering a gunshot injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
