EIGHT of the country’s top female entrepreneurs were this week announced as winners of the 2018 NatWest everywoman Awards.
Among them were Roni Savage, managing director of Jomas Associates at Stockley Park, who first became an associate director at a large engineering company at the age of 26.
She then left to set up Jomas and is a rare female CEO of BAME heritage in the engineering industry.
She has overcome stereotypes and built a thriving business in geo-engineering and site investigation, which has a £2m turnover.
