As I walk early morning by Victoria Passage to work I see litters like empty beer cans, bottles, crisps packets etc, dumped in the street, which looks untidy and dirty.
Common sense should prevail. I do pick up the rubbish when I see it as I walk by and put it in the bins.
Since 2010 things has changed. I see people dumping building materials, beds, furniture etc in the streets.
I think the time has come to follow the example of other boroughs to implement the fine on illegal dumping of the littering to keep our borough’s streets clean and tidy.
We need education: leaflets in every home to make people aware of illegal dumping of litter, and more recycling bins need to be installed in the streets of Watford borough.
I look forward for your kind attention in the above mentioned matter of urgency.
