AGEING is inevitable for all us, but there are lifestyle choices we can make to delay, and even reverse, the effects. Exercise is undoubtedly a key component.
Everyone Active, which operates 11 sports centres across Ealing including Northolt, Brent Valley and Twyford, are launching a dedicated programme which seeks to increase physical activity in adults aged 50 and above.
Staying Active, initiated in partnership with Ealing Council, will offer activities from swimming to golf, as well as a group exercise classes, that are low impact and tailored to benefit older people.
