Hillingdon constable on beating charge
A POLICE constable has been charged with assault by beating.
PC Biswanath Ghoorun, 45, attached to the North West Area Command, was arrested at an address address in Hayes while off-duty.
The officer has been placed on restricted duties and is bailed to attend Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 6.
