TWO people arrested yesterday by the Met's Operation Venice, which is tackling moped crime, have been charged.
It follows 10 robberies in January in the Hillingdon area.
Charlie Tunstall, 21, of no fixed abode and Jodie Hammond, 22, of Bosanquet Close, Cowley, are accused of conspiracy to rob.
Tunstall was also charged with taking a moped without the owner's consent and Hammond with allowing herself to be carried on a stolen moped.
Tunstall was remanded in custody and Hammond released on bail with conditions. Both will appear at Isleworth Crown Court on March 1.
