Harry James Luck, 22, of First Avenue, Watford. On March 1, 2018, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £170.

Aidan Stringer, 21, of Aldbury Close, Watford. On December 6, 2018, had in his possession one wrap of amphetamine. On same date, had in his possession one small bag of cannabis. Fine, costs: £250.

Sophie Taylor, 26, of Franklin Avenue, Watford. On June 24, 2018, assaulted a person by beating him. Fine, compensation, costs: £550.

Somayeh Farjam-Fard, 37, of The Parade, Watford. Between August 1, 2018, and September 22, 2018, committed fraud. Community order made. Be under curfew for three months. Compensation, costs: £3,706.84.

Tracey Elizabeth Walker, 31, of Churchfields Road, Watford. On December 24, 2018, drove a vehicle dangerously on a road. On same date, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 26 months. Costs: £170.
