A SIGNIFICANT milestone in the life of Ada Lovelace CofE High School, North Ealing, was marked last week.
Contractors Kier Construction took possession of the site and held a groundbreaking service, a traditional ceremony to celebrate the first day of construction.
The service was led by the Assistant Area Dean, the Rev Carolyn Dunk, and attended by students, the chaplain, staff, governors and directors of Twyford CofE Academies Trust.
Ada Lovelace High opened in September and is being hosted by William Perkin CofE High School at Greenford until it moves into its own building in Park View Road next year.
