HUNDREDS of students from around 20 Hillingdon schools explored how they can become a pilot, a chef, an engineer and fire fighter, all at Heathrow, during the airport’s annual careers fair.
In total, more than 5,600 young people, aged 16-24, from neighbouring communities, sought career advice from 81 companies, including British Airways, Heathrow Fire and Rescue, MACE and Gordon Ramsey at the Sofitel Heathrow.
Heathrow and its partner companies are looking for young talent to fill current and future career opportunities, including 10,000 apprenticeships.
