A law firm has taken steps towards raising money for a charity which helps support disadvantaged young people.

VWV, which has an office in Clarendon Road, Watford, collected £11,660 in aid of The Prince Trust’s ‘Future Steps’ challenge, which encourages teams of employees compete for the walking the most steps in February.

Staff at the firm managed to walk 35 million steps in February and came in first place for overall funds across all competing companies.

The Prince’s Trust provides practical and financial support to disadvantaged young people and helps them in developing skills for further education, training and employment.

Abigail Evans, senior corporate partnerships manager at The Prince’s Trust, said: “Future Steps aims to help our supporters get fit with fellow employees, have fun and raise funds to help young people transform their lives, and this is exactly what VWV has done with incredible success.”
