Thieves stole a debit card from a car before going on a spending spree.
Police said the theft happened in Sandringham Road, Watford, between 5.15am and 5.30am on Monday, (March 18).
A bank card was taken from a blue Volkswagen Transporter and then used to make contactless payments in McDonald’s, a petrol garage and Asda to the tune of more than £60.
Police have released images of three people they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries.
PC Adam Wells said: “We would like to speak to the three people pictured because they may have information that could help progress our investigation.
“We believe the hat worn by one of the men pictured is a ‘Chicago Bears’ American football hat, which is quite distinctive. If you recognise any of the people pictured, please contact us as soon as possible.”
