There are major delays across Watford and the surrounding area with the M25 still closed following a crash today.
Two elderly people have been taken to hospital following a collision involving two cars and a lorry clockwise at j20 for Kings Langley just before midday.
The clockwise side remains closed for investigation work between j19 and j21. Two lanes are closed anticlockwise at j20.

There have been delays on the A405 and A41 throughout the afternoon but gridlock has now spread right across Watford.
The following routes are just some which are incredibly busy and where you should expect delays to your journey
A405 between A41 and St Albans Road/Harvester in Garston
St Albans Road towards the Harvester
A41 between A405 and the Dome roundabout in North Watford
St Albans Road/A412 from the town hall in Watford town centre all the way to the Harvester
Chequers Lane/Woodside Road in Garston
Waterfields Way between the A4008 and Bushey Arches in both directions
A4008 between Waterfields Way and the M1 at j5

M25 anticlockwise between j22 for London Colney and j20. Clockwise from j17-j19

Also be aware of temporary lights in Elstree village which is causing delays between Bushey and Borehamwood
