A PHOTO series to highlight what children can achieve if they are given the gift of growing up features an Uxbridge girl.
In the shoot for World Child Cancer, a UK charity, children are dressed as past presidents, role models and activists.
The idea is to celebrate what can be achieved when people work together on something truly important, highlighting that the future of paediatric cancer care should be no different.

Misha, 5, who attends Hewens Primary School at Hayes End, features as Rosie the Riveter in the photos, part of World Child Cancer’s Gift of Growing Up appeal.
In developed countries, survival rates for children with cancer can be as high as 80%, but in developing countries these drop to as low as 10%.
All donations made during the appeal will be doubled by the UK Government.
