A business park opened its gates to a group of furry visitors for families and residents to meet.

Croxley Park hosted its ‘Meet the Animals’ event last week where workers, local people and their families were able to meet farm animals.

Just under 550 people attended Croxley Park's The Barn on Thursday, April 11, to meet a range of animals including pygmy goats, rabbits and lambs.

Community member Carlie said: “I’ve brought my grandson Elijah to meet the animals and his mother who works at Corona Energy.

“It’s such a treat to be able to meet my daughter at work while also having something like this for Elijah to enjoy.”

The animals proved to be popular with the children of the workers at Croxley Park including five-year-old Matilda whose mother works at De Lage Landen Leasing.

Matilda said: “The bunnies are my favourite as they are just so super soft which makes them lovely to stroke. I didn’t know mummy had these at work.”
