Greek anyone? Food from around the world will feature
THE inaugural Uxbridge World Village Market is coming to the town centre from this Thursday (9) to Sunday, with street cuisine, artisan grocery foods and handmade crafts, clothing, jewellery and accessories.
Street foods will include pork or chicken souvlaki and sweet or savoury crepes, cooked to order, with a craft beer, cider, prosecco and gin bar to wash it all down.
Handmade crafts will include Portuguese pottery, sterling silver jewellery, upcycled cutlery, African clothing and Thai gifts.
The market is free to enter and will be open on Thursday and Friday from 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
