UXBRIDGE-based developer London Square has won the top prize at this year’s Evening Standard New Homes Awards.
The Grand Prix Award is presented to the overall winner, picked from 20 prize-winning projects.
A two-bedroom apartment at The Glasshouse in Caledonian Road had earlier won Best London Home.

The Eros Trophy was presented to Rebecca Littler, London Square’s sales and marketing Director, by former England rugby star James Haskell.
The Glasshouse is part of a wider transformation of nearby King's Cross and is built on the site of a former car showroom.
London Square is based at York Road, Uxbridge.
