Watford Short Film Festival returns to the Pump House Theatre and Watford Museum on Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28.
Following the success of last year's festival, 49 films will be screened over the weekend, including ten from local filmmakers. They will be competing for the best drama, documentary and animation awards, judged by local filmmaker Vicky Hart, Martin Pickles, and puppeteer/animatronics expert for Star Wars Brian Herring. There will also be the chance to win the Watford Award, in memory of Grelle White.
For the first time audiences will also have the chance to take part in filmmaker Q&A sessions after each screening.
Members of the audience will also have a say in the audience award which is decided throughout the weekend, concluding in the awards ceremony.
