CCTV images have been released after a car had its rear window smashed in Rickmansworth.

Thieves broke through the rear window of a grey Kia Sportage before stealing a handbag containing a purse and an iPhone from inside.

Two bank cards from the purse were used in transactions at Costcutters and a fish and chip shop in Luton later the same day.

It happened in Talbot Road between 6.45pm and 7pm on Saturday (June 15).
