YOU can get fit and raise money for a good cause by taking part in the Michael Sobell Hospice Charity's annual Ladies in the Night Walk on Friday, September 20.
The event, now in its ninth year, features two different routes - one of 5.5 miles and the other 10 miles.
Both walks start and finish on the Michael Sobell site at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood.
There is an early bird entry fee of £15 for people who sign up by Monday, August 12, while teams of 10 or more pay an entry of £12 per person, if all team members are entered by that date.
Children under 12 can take part for just £5 (anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult).
Sobell charity shops will be open for ‘pit-stops’ during the challenge, along with St Thomas More RC Church, Field End Road and sponsors Allsop Durn Solicitors.
